Cookie policy
The short version: we use cookies sparingly, and your public dealer site doesn't set tracking cookies at all.
Last updated 13 June 2026
Public dealer sites are cookieless
The websites we build for dealers are server-rendered and ship no tracking cookies or third-party advertising scripts. We measure traffic with a privacy-friendly, server-side page-view count that doesn't identify visitors or follow them around the web — so your customers' browsing stays private and your site stays fast. In most cases that means no cookie banner is needed on your public site.
Cookies we do use
- Strictly necessary (admin) — when you sign in to manage your dealership, we set a secure session cookie to keep you logged in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. These are essential for the admin to work and can't be turned off.
- Preferences — small items that remember choices such as whether you've dismissed a notice. Non-essential and minimal.
What we don't use
No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no selling of data to ad networks. Where a third party (such as Stripe for checkout) sets its own cookies during a specific action, that's covered by their policy.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but blocking the strictly necessary admin cookies will stop you being able to sign in.
